How to use single CAT5e or CAT6e cable to Two Computer

We can use single CAT5e or CAT6e cable for two computers, the computer and switch is using only 2 pair (white Orange, Orange, White Green and Green) another two pair is not in use. So We can use that pair (White Blue, Blue, White Brown and Brown) for another computer.
